We are seeking a Project Coordinator for 7 months to support key transformation initiatives within its Finance and Administration function.
This position plays a central role in ensuring the successful delivery of cross-functional projects, combining operational coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Missions
- Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of strategic projects across the Finance function, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Act as a central point of coordination between multiple internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment
- Contribute to data collection, validation, and analysis, supporting evidence-based decision-making and performance tracking
- Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and insights to support strategic priorities
- Coordinate operational activities including documentation management, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions
- Provide support to senior stakeholders with scheduling, presentations, and briefing materials when required
- Assist in the organization of internal events, workshops, and cross-functional initiatives
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and coordination across teams
Profil du candidat
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in project coordination, operations, or analytical roles, ideally within an international or complex organization
- Previous experience with the Global Fund and familiarity with its processes and systems would be considered a strong asset
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
