We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our fast-paced FMCG organization. This role is pivotal in supporting the HR function across various domains including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and French, thrives in a multicultural environment, and demonstrates a proactive and service-oriented mindset.

Missions
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems
- Prepare HR-related documentation (contracts, amendments, letters)
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
Employee Relations & Support
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries
- Support HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, training sessions, and internal communications
- Assist in organizing employee events and wellness activities
Reporting & Compliance
- Generate regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, absence)
- Support audits and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Monitor and track mandatory trainings and certifications
Profil du candidat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in an HR support role, ideally within FMCG or a fast-paced industry
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors)
- Knowledge of Swiss labor law is a plus
