our 3 Core Missions
1. Support International Marketers & HCP Contracting - Act as the go-to coordinator for marketers across Europe
- Manage HCP contract flows and legal approvals
- Streamline marketing processes and ensure compliance with country-specific regulations
2. Marketing Demo & Material Logistics - Track and manage demo tools and promotional materials stored in a German warehouse
- Coordinate shipments, check inventory quality, and liaise with logistics partners
- Ensure sales teams know what's available and when they can access it
3. Marketing Material Production & Communication - Coordinate the full production chain: from agency briefing to translation and printing
- Follow up on timelines, errors, and delivery
- Communicate clearly with sales teams about available support materials
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- experience in healthcare, science, pharma, or compliance sectors
- Fluent in English (C1) and German (B2); French is a plus
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Experience with Showpad or similar platforms is a plus
