On behalf of a leading international luxury house with a heritage of
uncompromising craftsmanship and an iconic global presence, we are conducting a
search for an exceptional Boutique Manager to lead its prestigious
Zurich address - one of Switzerland's most celebrated luxury retail
destinations.
This is not a purely operational role. Our Client is
seeking a leader who embodies its values as naturally as they manage a team: a
true Brand Ambassador and Grand(e) Vendeur(euse) who commands the floor with
elegance, personally nurtures its most discerning clientele, and elevates every
encounter into an expression of the house's singular universe.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ambassadorship
& Sales Leadership
Act as a visible and credible ambassador of the Maison, leading from the
boutique floor, cultivating key client relationships, and setting the standard
for excellence in all commercial interactions.
Client
Experience & Clienteling
Drive a culture of highly personalised and discreet service, building long-term
relationships with HNW and UHNW clientele while strengthening clienteling and
CRM practices.
Boutique
Performance & Operations
Ensure strong commercial performance through effective KPI management and
operational excellence, maintaining the highest standards across presentation,
processes, and compliance.
Team
Leadership & Culture
Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture
aligned with the Maison's values of elegance, accountability, and passion for
excellence.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Substantial experience leading a luxury boutique or high-end retail
environment, with a proven record of performance and client development
Experience within fashion, watches & jewellery, or lifestyle
environments where craftsmanship, heritage, and storytelling are central
Strong ability to engage and retain HNW and UHNW clients, with credibility
in an international luxury context
Solid understanding of boutique performance drivers, KPIs, and client
development strategies
Presence
A visible, hands-on leader with natural authority and refined
interpersonal skills, leading by example
Strong understanding of the Zurich luxury landscape and established within
the local market
Fluent in German and English; a third language would be a strong asset
Based in Zurich or its immediate surroundings (ideal)
