We are looking for a Chief of Staff who will act as a trusted partner to the executive leadership team, ensuring seamless execution of strategic priorities and operational excellence. This role demands strong organizational skills, financial insight, and the ability to coordinate complex projects across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.

Missions
Strategic Leadership & Organizational Execution
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and drive execution across departments.
- Lead and coordinate key company-wide initiatives to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering data-driven recommendations and insights.
- Improve governance processes, organizational structure, and business rhythms to strengthen operational efficiency.
Budget & Financial Management
- Oversee planning, tracking, and optimization of the budget.
- Monitor spending, evaluate cost-efficiency, and support revenue-driven initiatives.
- Lead performance reviews, KPI reporting, and quarterly business reviews to ensure financial accountability.
Project & Program Management
- Design, lead, and monitor strategic projects (e.g., product launches, organizational transformation).
- Establish strong project governance frameworks, ensuring milestones, risks, and deliverables are managed.
- Act as escalation point and problem solver to unblock operational challenges.
Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare executive-level communications including reports, presentations, and board materials.
- Manage internal alignment and information flow across leadership teams and business units.
- Represent leadership in select internal and external meetings, ensuring follow-through on commitments.
Organizational Culture & Performance
- Foster a collaborative, efficient work environment aligned with company values.
- Support talent strategies within the executive office, including organizational redesign and leadership development.
- Lead or support internal communication initiatives to drive engagement and transparency.
Profil du candidat
- Mandatory: Minimum 7-10 years' professional experience in a relevant industry
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy Lead, PMO Director, Business Operations, or similar senior role.
- Strong financial literacy and experience leading budgeting, business planning, and performance management.
- Expertise managing complex cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
- Skilled communicator with experience working closely with C-level leadership and/or external stakeholders.
- Highly analytical with excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to handle ambiguity, exercise discretion, and manage sensitive information.
