Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist 50% with a background in the recruitment of Technical professions to bring their expertise to the HR team. It is a PART-TIME (50%) temporary position, to start as soon as possible.

Description
Responsible for full life cycle recruitment;
Recruitment of Technical and Engineering profiles, from junior to senior positions, from temporary to permanent contracts
From advising hiring managers, screening applications to conducting interviews and hunting profiles;
Use the ATS of the company;
Actively participate in streamlining the recruitment strategy of the company; coordinate with different departments to improve HR processes; analyser and give feedback to HR Direction;
Assist HR BP with onboarding processes;
Ensuring compliance with local and international HR laws and regulations.
Profile
Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition in Switzerland and on Technical professions;
French and English speaking (fluent C1 levels);
A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field;
Strong knowledge of HR practices and Swiss law;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Calm and collected demeanour and strong organisational skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
