For our partner located in the canton of Neuchâtel, GI Life Science is recruiting a:
Logistics Planning & Supply Flow Specialist
Start date: January 2, 2026
Duration: 1 year
Mission :
Play a central role in the supply chain by ensuring coordination between customers, internal or external production sites, and markets. The goal is to streamline exchanges, secure logistics flows, and ensure process compliance.
Responsibilities :
- Manage orders, logistics flows, and shipping documentation.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders (Purchasing, Finance, Quality Control, transport providers…).
- Process supplier invoices and subcontracting fees, monitor discrepancies and payments.
- Ensure compliance with commercial, contractual, and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.
- Coordinate returns, redeployments, sample shipments, and transportation movements.
- Collaborate with Quality Control for product release and certificate of analysis (CoA) management.
- Manage master data (customers, contracts, bill of materials), handle complaints and audits.
- Execute SAP transactions and meet financial reporting deadlines.
Profile :
- Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an international Supply Chain environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Supply Chain standards.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of quality requirements (GMP/GDP) and cross-functional processes (Finance, Quality, Procurement…).
- Autonomous, rigorous, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- 50% on-site / 50% remote.
