Your mission:
Mainly in charge of the logistics and supply services of Company products, this role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain process, ensuring appropriate level of stock and product adjustment, smooth supply to customers in compliance with registered MA, liaising with many internal and external parties including suppliers of raw materials and manufacturers.
The Supply Chain Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring prompt delivery of finished products to customers with respect to the given constraints (deadlines, etc.).

Your responsibilities:

  • Follow customers' orders from reception to invoicing
  • Ensure delivery and sending of CoA within agreed deadlines
  • Track unpaid or late income from customers when needed
  • Investigate and respond to customers' inquiries
  • Fulfil customers' packaging changes and insure good change control
  • Coordinate launch of new products
  • Handle the forecasting system with customers
  • Sales reporting to top management when needed
  • Place orders corresponding to the manufacturing service
  • Ensure production and delivery schedule on time
  • Develop and implement tools to facilitate communication when needed
  • Record production of goods, and consumption of linked raw materials, check consistency of data
  • Check cost of goods within the ERP system
  • Review frequently the stocks levels of each raw material (APIs, excipient and/or packaging element) and replenish the stocks when needed and as per agreed terms and given constraints
  • Place the procurement orders at suppliers, supervise the delivery schedule ; Record the delivery ; check the invoice and record it
  • Place transport orders at selected partner in respect of the agreed Incoterm
  • Follow transport till delivery; ensure reception of requested documents (transport and Customs documents, etc.)
  • Check the invoice versus the tariff previously agreed ; Record the transport invoice and link it to the customer order
  • Participate actively in the cut-off processes documenting stocks, purchase and sales situation on 31/12
  • Maintain Master Data within the Enterprise Resource Planning software « Sage »
  • In case of absence, act as back up of the defined Supply Chain Coordinator(s)
  • In case of absence, act as back-up of IT system
Your profile:
  • A logistics/supply chain-related university degree or professional diploma
  • 2-5 years in a logistics/supply chain//order management support function in an international environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships with external customers as well as with providers
  • Ability to take decisions quickly with good judgment
  • Has a deep sense of following up, tenacity and perseverance
  • Quality and customer oriented
  • Creativity in problem solving skills, logical
  • Good analytical skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to establish and achieve clear goals and objectives
  • Ability to define best compromises and respect them
  • Has a strong commercial awareness, understand business and customers' expectations
  • Comfortable with figures and ERP system
  • Has excellent English communication skills, both in written and spoken
  • Adept in using MS Office tools
