HR Administrative Manager or Bilingual HR Administrative Manager FR/DE – 80% to 100%
Are you passionate about human resources and enjoy a variety of administrative tasks? As an HR Manager, you ensure reliable and efficient management of employees’ administrative journey while contributing to the operational excellence of the HR function.
What you do daily
You manage the complete administrative cycle of employees, from their entry to their exit from the company (employment contracts, amendments, work permits, work certificates, and other HR documents), ensuring compliance with legal provisions and internal procedures. You guarantee the quality and reliability of HR data as well as the proper maintenance of personnel files.
You participate in the recruitment process by providing effective administrative support, from drafting and publishing job adverts to planning and coordinating interviews with various stakeholders.
As the point of contact for employees and managers for all personnel administration matters, you provide reliable and proactive support to HR Business Partners and teams, ensuring close collaboration with the payroll department and other internal stakeholders.
What you bring to the team
You hold a commercial qualification such as a CFC or an equivalent qualification, complemented by the HR Manager certificate. You have at least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
You have excellent command of German (native speaker or equivalent level) and possess excellent knowledge of French (minimum C1), enabling you to communicate confidently in a bilingual professional context.
You have strong skills in using office tools and HR information systems. Knowledge of HR Access is an advantage.
Organised and discreet by nature, you manage administrative files with precision while ensuring the quality and confidentiality of the information processed. Autonomous, you know how to prioritise your activities, meet deadlines, and provide quality service to employees, managers, and HR partners. Your team spirit and sense of service allow you to thrive in a dynamic environment.
