After-Sales Service Adjuster

As part of the development of our client’s activities, we are looking for an After-Sales Service / Ventilation Adjuster to strengthen the technical team in Geneva.

Your tasks

• Ensure the commissioning and adjustment of ventilation and air treatment installations.
• Carry out inspections, measurements and balancing of installations.
• Diagnose malfunctions and carry out after-sales service and repair interventions.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
• Conduct fault-finding and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Check the proper functioning of equipment after intervention.
• Write intervention reports and ensure technical follow-up of the work.
• Collaborate with project managers, installers, clients and other stakeholders on site.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and current standards.

Your profile

• Technical training in ventilation, air conditioning or building technology.
• Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in after-sales service, commissioning or adjustment of HVAC installations.
• Good knowledge of ventilation installations and their equipment.
• Comfortable with measuring devices and fault diagnosis.
• Autonomous, organised and solution-oriented.
• Customer service minded with good interpersonal skills.
• Category B driving licence.
• Professional experience in Switzerland is required.
