About the role
This role is pivotal in supporting our client's international trading operations, specifically within the customer service domain. You will be responsible for managing customer orders and contracts, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. Work tasks
- Register new contracts and amendments in the ERP system.
- Process and book customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Management team.
- Act as a communication link between customers and internal departments.
We are looking for
- Advanced knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and flexible attitude
