Attached to the Labour Service of the Directorate of Sports and Social Cohesion, Emploi Lausanne is a key part of the system established by the City of Lausanne for professional integration and social inclusion through work. Its mission is to increase the chances of its beneficiaries to integrate into the labour market through a system of services that develop their employability and encourage employment. To complete the team of advisors responsible for the individual follow-up of beneficiaries eligible for integration measures for disability insurance and social assistance, Emploi Lausanne is looking for an integration advisor at 80%-100%.

Main Mission(s)
Support, advise and assist participants in achieving the objectives of the measure
Manage and coordinate professional integration measures with various partners involved, particularly disability insurance
Ensure the smooth running of professional integration measures within our workshops or partner companies
Contribute to the management and development of the network of partner companies
Profile
University Bachelor or HES degree in psychology or equivalent qualification
Additional training in HR or professional reintegration, preferred
Proven professional experience in conducting professional assessments, advising and supporting beneficiaries
Knowledge of mental health issues and the disability insurance measure system, preferred
Results-oriented person, negotiation skills, organisational sense, good writing skills
Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools
