To strengthen our teams in Pully, we are looking for a Junior Mandate Manager – Fiduciary & Finance with initial experience in a fiduciary firm and wishing to develop in this field.
You have acquired good knowledge in the fiduciary sector and wish to develop your skills within a dynamic and demanding environment.
In this role, you will participate in the management and monitoring of a portfolio of SME clients, with a particular focus on the restaurant and hotel sectors. You will gradually support your clients in their accounting, financial and tax challenges and develop your skills alongside experienced professionals. In addition, you will participate in the execution of ordinary and limited audits.

Tasks
Accounting and consulting mandates
You participate in the management and monitoring of a portfolio of SME clients under the supervision of a mandate manager
- You gradually support your clients and respond to their questions regarding accounting, finance and organisation
- You prepare and complete accounting tasks, including annual closings, in collaboration with the mandate managers
- You contribute to ensuring the quality of work as well as compliance with applicable standards and procedures
- You participate in the monitoring and control of payroll management on your files
- You support your clients in their various processes and progressively develop your consulting skills.
- You participate in the preparation of tax returns for individuals and legal entities as well as VAT returns
- You progressively develop your skills in taxation and support mandate managers in advising clients
- You participate in handling more complex tax and VAT issues
- You work closely with mandate managers, management and other branches in French-speaking Switzerland
- You actively participate in the optimisation and automation of fiduciary processes
- You contribute to supporting our clients in their digital transition
Requirements
- Education – Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting (in progress or planned) or Bachelor in business administration / finance, with initial experience in a fiduciary firm
- Experience – Confirmed initial experience in a fiduciary firm, ideally in managing SME mandates
- Digital skills – Interest in digital tools and digital transformation; ideally knowledge of Abacus and M-Files software
- Languages – Excellent command of French; knowledge of German is an asset
- Interpersonal skills – Enjoyment in client contact and ability to build trustful relationships
- Proximity – Interest in advising and sustainably supporting entrepreneurial families
- Autonomy & rigour – Ability to work independently, organised and rigorously, while appreciating teamwork
- Motivation & development – Desire to learn, develop skills and progressively evolve towards a Mandate Manager role
