YOUR TASKS
- As a "Client Experience Manager", you are responsible for the further development of client experience management and feedback management, including coaching the relevant departments (management, senior staff, employees), planning and conducting training/workshops and presentations
- You assist in the preparation, support and follow-up of external certifications (including ISO 9001) and inspections as well as conducting internal audits
- Coordinating quality measurements and processing the corresponding data (e.g. ANQ measurements) is also part of your responsibilities
- You train, inform and motivate employees on the most relevant topics around quality management
- By managing near misses and events within the internal CIRS and coordinating the vigilance system, you contribute to high patient safety
- You regularly analyse the quality data of Hirslanden Bern and report it to the relevant internal departments
- You promote the continuous improvement process by applying common QM tools
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed training in healthcare
- Further training in quality management is an advantage
- You have sound knowledge of EN ISO 9001:2015 and have successfully led or participated in certifications according to it and have experience as an internal auditor
- You have experience in coordinating and supporting official inspections
- You have a strong quality awareness and set high quality standards for your own work
- Your communication skills and high social competence help you in daily collaboration with various stakeholders across all hierarchy levels (from employee to management) and departments
- You are very familiar with the Microsoft Office suite and have excellent oral and written German skills (level: native speaker)
