The Graduate School department is dynamic and fast-growing business unit of EHL Hospitality Business School. It has a growing portfolio of diverse graduate-level offers including degree programs, short programs, Executive Education, and training solutions for professionals and organizations. It is also home to research institutes including the Institute of Customer Experience Management, Institute of Business Creativity, Hospitality Real Estate & Finance Institute, and Institute of Nutrition R&D .

The mission of the B2C Sales Executive is to drive participant acquisition and deliver a seamless experience throughout the executive program journey by generating and nurturing leads, managing admissions follow-up, coordinating enrollment activities, and supporting program events, all while collaborating closely with the Executive Learning & Career Development Manager to align sales efforts with strategic objectives and ensure exceptional service and program success.
What will you do?
- Drive recruitment efforts by identifying and contacting potential participants via CRM, email, and phone.
- Manage admissions and enrollment to ensure a smooth and professional participant experience.
- Execute targeted outreach initiatives to attract professionals to Executive Education programs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of inquiries, applications, and admissions data.
- Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to support on-campus activities, campaigns, and engagement events.
- Represent Executive Education at open days, webinars, and networking events, and assist with presentations and workshops.
- Contribute to projects and reporting by creating recruitment reports, analyzing pipeline trends, and sharing feedback for improvement.
- Ensure timely communication with stakeholders and provide recommendations based on participant feedback.
Who you are?
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Education, Hospitality, or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or client-facing roles, ideally in executive education or hospitality.
- You have expertise in addressing customers’ pain points and actively listening to them.
- You have strong time management skills and can balance and prioritize tasks simultaneously.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
- You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a critical thinking mindset.
- You can work independently and as part of a team.
- You are familiar with MS Office tools, have excellent knowledge of Excel, and good analytical and data processing skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
- You have an excellent command of English (C1), French is a plus.
