The Land Service (SDT) plays a central role in all stages of developing the municipal territorial policy: from strategic vision to operational planning, including regulation and the issuance of building permits.
Responsible for shaping the city of tomorrow while respecting its heritage and preserving its resources, the SDT works to create a local city, designed for and with its population.
Currently in the process of developing our Municipal Master Plan, which will be implemented in the Municipal Development Plan, we are strengthening our team.
In this context, we are looking for an experienced person in managing building permit files, capable of assessing projects at the intersection of regulatory, architectural, heritage, and environmental issues.
In this context, the Land Service is looking for a:
Project Manager for Building Permits at 80%
Your main tasks
- Management of files related to building permit applications from preliminary design to occupancy permit, including site inspections.
- Active coordination with involved municipal services and cross-cutting themes.
- Ensuring the implementation of quality projects within the municipality.
Your profile
- University or HES degree in architecture, building engineering.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in one of the aforementioned fields.
- Experience in site monitoring and control.
- Experience in granting building permits.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Very good command of IT tools (Office) and (Autocad, Territorial Information System - SIT).
Start date: as soon as possible or to be agreed.
