We are looking for a Project and Training Program Coordinator to lead and coordinate a portfolio of training courses.
Project and Training Program Coordinator 80-100% ASAP
Our client is a major institution in Geneva.
Responsibilities
- Operationally manage a portfolio of training programmes and projects.
- Ensure coordination between internal stakeholders and external training partners.
- Support training managers in organising and deploying training schemes.
- Optimise processes to guarantee quality, coherence and efficiency of programmes.
- Implement communication and promotional actions related to training.
- Supervise the administrative follow-up of projects: contracting, pricing, document management and decision tracking.
- Participate in the budget monitoring of programmes.
- Coordinate logistical aspects: room bookings, equipment, management of speakers and scheduling.
- Ensure data quality and compliance in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the team’s cross-functional projects.
Candidate Profile
- University Bachelor’s degree, HES or equivalent training.
- Project management certification: an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in coordination or management roles involving high volumes of activity.
- Experience ideally gained in logistics, hospitality, after-sales service, complex event management or training sectors.
- Good understanding of project management processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of LMS, ERP or HRIS systems appreciated.
- Excellent organisational skills and sense of priorities.
- Strong client orientation and interpersonal ease.
- Autonomy, rigour, initiative and ability to thrive in a complex environment.
- Respect for confidentiality and high level of professional ethics.
