Position to be filled:
A 50% Social Worker
Your daily role:
You support and assist your beneficiaries with varied profiles according to their needs and issues. You develop socio-professional integration projects with them and support them in their administrative procedures. To do this, you conduct interviews and participate in networks. You will be required to carry out various administrative tasks including reports, measure contracts, and procedures related to social insurance. You work within a training- and project-oriented framework and organisation while being part of a caring multidisciplinary team. You use the ASP software for monitoring social assistance files.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or equivalent training;
- Practical experience in the Valais social assistance field;
- Good knowledge of the Valais socio-health network;
- Experience in socio-professional integration would be an asset;
- Collaboration with institutional partners (CII);
- Rigor and methodology in social and administrative work;
- Initiative and synthesis skills, listening ability and availability.
