Description
This role is responsible for ensuring that IT services are secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective while delivering an excellent employee experience. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders to optimize systems, improve operational efficiency, manage technology vendors, and drive automation initiatives.
IT Infrastructure & Workplace Technology
- Lead and improve the company's IT operations and digital workplace environment.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, device management, access management, and user support.
- Oversee helpdesk and service management processes, ensuring high service quality.
- Manage collaboration and productivity tools used across the organization.
- Continuously improve employee experience through technology and automation.
- Partner with cybersecurity teams to maintain security and compliance standards.
- Manage IT budgets, software licenses, hardware, and vendor relationships.
Enterprise Systems & Vendor Management
- Maintain oversight of the company's application and SaaS landscape.
- Ensure systems are well governed, properly adopted, and aligned with business needs.
- Manage software renewals, licensing, contracts, and vendor performance.
- Identify opportunities to simplify the technology stack and reduce costs.
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and technology spend optimization.
- Support business leaders in making effective technology decisions.
Profile
- 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, Enterprise Systems, Digital Workplace, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong experience managing IT support, workplace technology, identity and access management, and device lifecycle management.
- Proven track record in SaaS governance, vendor management, software licensing, and budget management.
- Experience working in international, multi-site, or fast-growing technology environments.
- Knowledge of automation and AI solutions in a corporate setting is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
