Mission

• Carry out visual inspection of watch sub-assemblies according to defined quality criteria.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with production standards.
• Monitor production pace while ensuring maintenance of quality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with centring criteria and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Your profile

• Significant experience in the industrial sector with self-inspection and monitoring of your production
• Excellent visual acuity and sensitivity to quality criteria, with a strong interest in the aesthetic aspect of products.
• Good proficiency with computer tools.
• Ability to analyse discrepancies and propose appropriate solutions.
• High precision and attention to detail.
• Residence in Switzerland and holding a valid permit
