The Personnel Service develops a harmonised HR policy and supports all departments of the City of Lausanne. Within the data monitoring and governance unit, you contribute to the development of HR management and the continuous improvement of personnel data quality.

Duration
Assistant contract from 1 December 2026 to 30 June 2027
Main Mission(s)
Design, develop and update HR management and business intelligence tools, notably with Excel and Tableau
Collect, prepare, analyse and interpret data
Prepare statistics, reports and HR indicators, as well as respond to surveys and analysis requests
Control the quality and consistency of data, conduct audits and contribute to the improvement of personnel data management processes
Prepare and verify the data necessary for the annual management report
Participate in projects and respond to the service's requests concerning HR data
Profile
University Master’s degree in economics, diploma from a business school or equivalent training
Training in statistical analysis and at least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant field
Good knowledge of HR roles and processes as well as decision-support indicators and dashboards
Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Proficiency in an HR information system and a business intelligence tool such as Tableau
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, organisational sense and respect for professional ethics
