Head of Indirect Channel (100%)- B2B Sales Division
We are looking for a dynamic leader to define, manage, and grow our indirect sales channel across Switzerland, building strong partnerships and driving sustainable business growth.
Your responsibilities
- You lead and manage the internal indirect channel team, setting clear objectives, developing skills, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- You define and execute the strategy for the indirect sales channel in collaboration with the CBO of the Division.
- You lead, coach, and develop a network of partners, resellers, and brokers across Switzerland.
- You are responsible for achieving sales targets and revenue growth through the indirect channel.
- You build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- You identify new partnership opportunities and expand the partner ecosystem.
- You collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, customer care, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless partner support and customer experience.
- You monitor market trends, competitor activities, and technological developments to adapt channel strategy.
- You ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and quality requirements.
What you bring
- Several years of experience in channel management, indirect sales, or partner management in a B2B telecom or technology environment.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams and partner networks.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A structured and strategic working style, with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office and CRM systems; quick ability to learn new tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with partners, customers, and colleagues.
- French or German as native language and professional proficiency in English (spoken and written); Italian is a plus.
