Operations Agent

The Addiction Valais¦Sucht Wallis Foundation is the cantonal reference for addictions. It offers specialised support to anyone facing addictive behaviour (with or without substances), as well as to their relatives. It consists of five counselling and support centres, a day centre, three residential centres, socio-educational support services at home, and central services. The Foundation is inspired by the recovery model, through an individualised approach built with each person.

To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for our future

Your responsibility:

Reporting to the head of the technical service, you contribute to the smooth running, maintenance and safety of our 10 sites, including 3 residential centres and 1 day centre.

Your main tasks

• Ensure routine maintenance of buildings, installations, outdoor areas and equipment.
• Carry out minor repairs and technical interventions within your skills.
• Check the condition of infrastructures and report malfunctions or intervention needs.
• Perform minor maintenance of vehicles, machines and equipment.
• Participate in the maintenance of outdoor areas, waste management and seasonal work.
• Contribute to the proper functioning of safety installations and equipment.
• Welcome and assist external service providers during their interventions.
• Participate in the monitoring and inventory of materials, furniture and equipment.
• Respond to intervention requests from different sites and collaborate with centre managers and teams.

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as operations agent
• Good practical skills and technical versatility.
• Autonomy, reliability and sense of responsibility.
• Service-mindedness and ease in contact with various interlocutors.
• Category B driving licence, trailer permit and aerial work platform licence.
• Availability to work across several sites.
