Your responsibilities:

As Head of the Urban Planning Department of a large city in the Canton, you lead a team of about ten professionals and ensure the planning and monitoring of projects that shape the urban future.

You work closely with your Municipal Councillor, playing a key role in advancing strategic files.

The management of building permits falls under your department and therefore your supervision.

To do this, you ensure harmonious management of your team by anticipating needs and developing skills.

You work closely with various departments, particularly within the technical centre, to guarantee the coordination of actions.

You are also a key contact for external partners (SDOL, la Fabrique de Malley, TL, the State, etc.), ensuring the proper conduct of major inter-municipal projects, thus contributing to the sustainable and harmonious development of the city and region.
