HR Business Partner Fr/Eng 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement actions related to talent management and succession planning
• Identify skills development needs and propose suitable career progression plans
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee retention processes
• Advise and support managers on all operational and strategic HR issues
• Ensure follow-up of employee relations and manage sensitive or complex HR situations
• Ensure compliance with Swiss labour law as well as internal procedures and policies
• Actively participate in organisational transformation projects and support change within teams
• Coordinate annual HR processes such as performance evaluations, development interviews and staff reviews

Profile

• Hold a higher education qualification in human resources (Federal HR Specialist Certificate or HR diploma)
• Proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner role, as well as in supporting managers and managing employee relations
• Master Swiss labour law and HR practices perfectly
• Bilingual in French and English; knowledge of German is an asset
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication skills and a strong solution-oriented approach
• Demonstrate ease in managing complex situations with professionalism, discretion and pragmatism
• Be autonomous, organised and able to understand the operational challenges of an organisation
