For one of our partners in the Vaud Riviera, we are seeking Specialist Educators ES/HES available for occasional or long-term assignments.

Your responsibilities

• Support beneficiaries in daily life activities.
• Participate in the implementation of individualised educational projects.
• Promote the development of skills, autonomy and well-being of the people supported.
• Provide support adapted to the specific needs related to multiple disabilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in handovers.
• Ensure a safe and caring environment.

Your profile

• Diploma as Educator ES, HES or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
• Experience with people with disabilities, ideally with multiple disabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a supportive approach.
• Adaptability, autonomy and team spirit.
• Flexible availability for replacement assignments.
