Trainee Educators (M/F)

In a dynamic and inclusive environment, our association in Lausanne opens its doors to new horizons with brand new premises. To strengthen our team, we are looking for passionate and committed trainees to join our mission of welcoming and supporting blind and visually impaired people with intellectual disabilities and/or presenting autism spectrum disorders. Whether for an introductory internship or as part of a training project, we are looking for motivated individuals who wish to join our structure for people with autism spectrum disorder as:

Your profile:

• You have an interest in the professional support of adolescents and adults with disabilities
• You are motivated to provide support to a multidisciplinary team in the daily supervision of our residents
• You are over 18 years old.

Internship duration: from 6 months to 1 year

Work rate: 100%

Gross salary: CHF 1345.-/ month
