As part of its ongoing growth, a developing Geneva fiduciary firm is seeking a qualified Chartered Fiduciary Expert to take responsibility for its accounting and payroll division.
The firm supports a clientele mainly composed of SMEs, entrepreneurs, family groups and companies active in various sectors. Renowned for the quality of its advice, it enjoys steady growth and a loyal client portfolio.
You will join a close-knit team of experienced specialists in taxation, accounting and business consulting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop the accounting and payroll management division
- Manage and support the accounting team
- Ensure the review of annual and interim closings
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements according to Swiss standards
- Advise clients on accounting, financial and organisational matters
- Supervise VAT declarations and regulatory obligations
- Manage payroll and social insurance processes
- Participate in client development and acquisition of new mandates
- Collaborate closely with the firm’s tax specialists
Candidate Profile
- Federal diploma as Chartered Fiduciary Expert or Chartered Accountant
- Proven experience in fiduciary services in French-speaking Switzerland
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss accounting, current corporate taxation and payroll
- Experience in team supervision or strong ability to take on a technical reference role
- Ease in client relations
- Sense of responsibility and pragmatic approach
- Desire to commit long-term to a growing project
