Secretary for the Childhood Department - Assistant (70%)

The Childhood Department of the Districts, Youth and Families Service of the City of Lausanne gives children a voice from a very young age, defends their interests, and organises activities that promote their well-being and development. Especially during school holidays, it runs day camps, mountain holiday camps, and the Holiday Passport. To complete the team and contribute to the organisation and implementation of our services, we are looking to hire a secretary.

Duration

12-month assistant contract

Main Mission(s)

Supports families in the registration process for holiday care services and answers users' questions

Ensures the planning and configuration of registration data in the Gelore software (registration management software)

Manages, optimises, and identifies areas for continuous improvement of the Gelore software to increase efficiency

Supports software users

Helps improve the quality of services, particularly day camps

Collaborates with the Holiday Passport manager in carrying out and monitoring administrative tasks

Profile

Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification

Professional experience desired in a similar position

Required proficiency in Gelore or equivalent digital platform

Good knowledge of MS Office tools

Fluent written and spoken French

Autonomy, flexibility, proactivity, and rigour
