Responsibilities

As a Masonry Team Leader, your main duties will include:

• Supervising and coordinating a team of masons on site.
• Organising and planning work while respecting deadlines.
• Ensuring the quality of work in accordance with plans and current standards.
• Maintaining safety on site and ensuring compliance with instructions.
• Collaborating with other trades and site managers.
• Actively participating in masonry work (formwork, reinforcement, concreting, etc.).

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A recognised qualification in masonry or structural work.
• Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of reinforced concrete construction techniques.
• Skills in reading plans and site organisation.
• A team spirit and leadership qualities.
• Good physical condition and the ability to work outdoors.
• A valid driving licence (category B).
