Our client is a well-known organisation in French-speaking Switzerland that supports numerous employers in managing their administrative and regulatory obligations.
As part of strengthening its teams, we are looking for an Affiliations, Contributions & Litigation Specialist.
This varied role combines analysis, regulation, business relations and management of complex files.
Responsibilities
- Management of affiliations and administrative changes
- Verification of declarations and contributions
- Analysis of salary data provided by companies
- Processing decisions and adjustments
- Management of debt collection and litigation follow-up
- Support for affiliated companies
- Participation in process improvement projects
Candidate Profile
- Experience in Swiss social insurance.
- Experience within a fund, pension institution, management organisation or similar regulatory environment appreciated.
- Knowledge of social contributions and their functioning.
- Federal diploma in social insurance or equivalent training is an asset.
- Excellent command of Excel.
- Attention to detail, rigour and good interpersonal skills.
