HR Payroll Manager (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, a dynamic and thriving SME, we are looking for an experienced Payroll & HR Administration Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process as well as HR administrative management. You will join a human-sized organisation offering a varied, stimulating working environment with a strong operational focus.

Responsibilities

• Complete management of the payroll process.
• Control, preparation and entry of variable salary elements.
• Processing data from the time management system.
• Reallocation of cost centres in the software.
• Management of withholding tax statements for several cantons;
• Verification of the compliance of salary calculations and social deductions.
• Management of social insurances and follow-up of administrative files.
• Complete administrative management.
• Administrative support to the HR Manager as needed.

Profile

• Solid experience in payroll management in Switzerland.
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss social insurances.
• Proven experience in handling withholding tax.
• Very good knowledge of HR IT tools.
• Knowledge of the ProConcept payroll software: a major asset.
• HR Manager certificate and/or generalist training in social insurances.
• Rigorous, organised and conscientious personality.
• Initiative, autonomy and sense of responsibility.
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork.
