Employment Advisors at the Regional Employment Office (80% to 100%)

The Labour Service of the City of Lausanne is tasked with supporting the Lausanne population seeking employment and promoting their return to work. Within this framework, the Regional Employment Office (ORP) assists clients in identifying professional opportunities, grants support measures, and maintains links with companies in the regional economic fabric. To strengthen its teams, the ORP is looking for employment advisors.

Main Mission(s)

Support, inform and advise clients to enhance their employability

Promote rapid and sustainable placement in the labour market by developing with each person a return-to-work strategy tailored to their profile and needs, and by mobilising appropriate measures

Collaborate with specialised institutions and other partners in social and professional reintegration

Ensure compliance with the legal framework and inform the relevant authorities and individuals

Update the IT database (Plasta) and manage the administrative follow-up of files

Profile

Federal diploma as a specialist in human resources or social insurance is an advantage

Several years of professional experience in placement, human resources, or professional reintegration

Interpersonal and social skills, listening ability, and aptitude for conducting individual interviews

Rigour and precision in performing administrative tasks

Dynamic, results-oriented person with a sense of contact and negotiation

Good knowledge of the socio-economic fabric of the Lake Geneva region

Strong resilience and ability to maintain perspective

Comfortable with database management and use of common office tools

Special Conditions

Clean criminal record

For those without the aforementioned Federal diploma, obtaining it is mandatory within 5 years of starting the position

For those with the aforementioned Federal diploma, or upon obtaining it, a salary supplement of 7.24%
