About the Role
As an investigation specialist, your main mission is to ensure the accuracy of the group’s securities and funds accounts. You analyse and resolve discrepancies between internal positions and external statements within a dynamic team.
Tasks
The role focuses on controlling, analysing and resolving discrepancies in securities and funds positions through reconciliation tools and manual investigations.
- Perform reconciliation of securities and funds positions across all bank entities
- Manually enter non-automated statements, particularly for Hedge Funds.
- Identify and analyse the origin of observed discrepancies.
- Establish and rigorously monitor the suspense list.
- Proactively request missing documents and statements from administrators.
- Conduct thorough investigations to resolve transaction errors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to adjust discrepancies and ensure data reliability.
We Are Looking For
Banking or accounting education (CFC, Brevet or Bachelor HES)
Knowledge of back-office operational activities
Excellent investigative skills and analytical rigour.
Familiarity with GTMatch and GTExchange tools
An advantage if you have
- Proficiency in Globus software.
- Knowledge of GTMatch or GTExchange reconciliation tools.
- Higher education in Financial Management.
