Senior Accountant

For its offices located in Vésenaz (GE), the Qualibroker Swiss Risk & Care group is currently looking for a:

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Full accounting for several companies according to Swiss standards (CO/Swiss GAAP FER);
• VAT returns, reconciliation with accounting, settings in the accounting system;
• Monthly and annual closing of the companies you will be responsible for: closing entries, account balance justification, preparation of periodic / monthly / SAP-Magnitude financial statements;
• Monitoring and checking of intracompany and intercompany transactions;
• Participation in reporting, conducting financial analyses;
• Monitoring and improving internal procedures;
• Preparation of audits;
• Management of administrative tasks;

Your profile:

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in accounting;
• Experience in multi-company accounting (group accounting);
• You have a liking for numbers, an analytical mind and attention to detail;
• You are proficient in Excel and can demonstrate its use in your previous professional experiences;
• You are fluent in French; English or German is a plus;
• You are autonomous, organised, conscientious and sensitive to meeting deadlines and excellence;
• You are comfortable with IT tools (MS 365);
