As a member of the regional Distribution management team, you actively contribute to the development of our distribution channels (Pension, All lines and partner agencies). You ensure that the general agencies have the optimal processes, structures, know-how and resources to sustainably guarantee their growth, productivity, profitability and quality. You support the Regional Managers in orchestrating and managing the sales region.

What awaits you

• Develop and oversee the management of three partner agencies, drive their performance, organisation and ensure quality
• Lead regional strategic and operational studies and projects (e.g. business model, AI implementation) and ensure the implementation of decisions
• Support the transformation of working methods with the integration of AI to develop agency efficiency
• Ensure strict compliance with legal and internal standards (notably LSA) and act as regional legal reference
• Work closely with general agents, sales managers and back office to ensure quality and efficiency
• Conduct analyses, define measures and ensure regular follow-up in coordination with various internal and external stakeholders
• Be a sparring partner for general agents for the continuous development of their skills, especially in management and financial optimisation

What you bring

• University degree (Bachelor/Master) or continuing education in insurance, with solid industry knowledge
• Excellent organisational and (data) analytical skills, experience in process management or business analysis
• Ability to structure complex topics and implement them in a solution-oriented manner with diverse interlocutors
• Good understanding of sales processes in insurance and extensive experience in or with distribution
• Strong communication and facilitation skills combined with a high implementation capability
• Passion for transformation, innovation and continuous improvement. Regular use of AI to optimise work
• Availability for high mobility within the sales region, with regular travel throughout Switzerland.
• Fluent written and spoken French, very good spoken German
• Proficient in all current tools of the enhanced Office365 suite
