Weber + Calibra, a company of the Notz Metall AG group, located in Sonceboz, has developed expertise in the field of high-precision cold-rolled metal strips and cut parts, mainly blanks for the watchmaking industry.

Active in demanding sectors such as the connector, watchmaking and precision industries, we deliver worldwide.

We are looking for a:

Your tasks:

Internal Sales:

· Monitoring customer portfolios

· Preparation of offers and order confirmations

· Correspondence in German/French/English with our customers and suppliers

· Proactively contributing to continuous improvement

Purchasing:

· Management of purchases of materials and consumables, subcontracting of products and external services

· Preparation of raw material certificates

· Updating the base price

Administrative versatility:

· Management of customer and debtor contact databases

· Creation of lists and documents to support the introduction of a new ERP (Microsoft D365)

· Reception, telephone switchboard

Your profile:

· Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training

· Solid experience in internal sales, ERP experience

· Fluency in French, German and English

· Dynamic and communicative

· Versatile, methodical, rigorous, with a sense of service
