For one of our clients in the Vallée de Joux region, we are looking for an HR Manager M/F at 80 to 100% to join a dynamic team and actively contribute to the smooth running of the Human Resources department.

For one of our clients in the Vallée de Joux region, we are looking for an HR Manager M/F at 80 to 100% to join a dynamic team and actively contribute to the smooth running of the Human Resources department.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure the administrative management of the employee life cycle.
- Answer HR questions and support employees.
- Manage announcements related to social insurance, absences and time tracking.
- Draft various HR documents and participate in recruitment.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvement.
Job requirements:
- Federal VET Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent training.
- HR manager certificate essential.
- At least 3 years of experience in Switzerland in a similar role.
- Excellent organisation, discretion, listening skills and sense of priorities.
- Start date: to be agreed.
