COMMERCIAL EMPLOYEE - ACCOUNTANT

On behalf of our client, a very fine Carpentry company on the Vaud Coast, we are looking for a:

Commercial employee with a Federal VET Diploma at 50% (permanent contract)

Accounting Orientation

Your mission:

• Entry of invoices and allocation according to the chart of accounts
• Processing of bank and postal debit advices
• Payment orders for supplier invoices
• Monthly and annual closings
• Cash-related operations
• Deposit and final invoices related to quotes
• Recording and processing of supplier credit notes
• Possibly and subject to discussion: HR and payroll management
• Drafting quotes and creating invoices
• Reception (visitor welcome, telephone)
• Internal and external correspondence
• Interactions with Management, suppliers, project owners, architects as well as clients according to instructions

Your profile:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent
• Ease and interest in accounting essential
• Reliable spelling and writing skills
• Several years of experience in a similar position
• Living in the Rolle/La Côte region
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Knowledge of the Enneasoft programme is a plus
