Information Technology Service of the Neuchâtel Entity (SIEN)
SIEN is responsible for the IT of the State and its partners (municipalities, schools, health, social and parapublic sector).
It defines the IT strategy, studies needs, proposes overall IT concepts and provides a range of services for all Neuchâtel public authorities.
Your missions
At the heart of the relationship with our clients, you ensure the smooth running of the entire commercial process, from the initial request to after-sales follow-up. A true interface between clients and SIEN teams, you contribute to offering a smooth, efficient and quality service.
You manage and monitor client requests, offers, orders as well as contractual relationships. In this context, you advise and support clients in expressing their needs and coordinate their handling with the relevant teams. You also ensure the follow-up of invoicing for mandates, IT equipment and fees, as well as the management of service catalogues. For the commercial domain, you actively participate in process efficiency. Finally, you ensure after-sales follow-up, analyse key commercial indicators and propose improvements to simplify and streamline sales processes.
Your profile
You hold a higher academic qualification, a federal sales specialist certificate or an equivalent title, complemented by 3 to 6 years of professional experience in a similar field. You have very good knowledge of sales management, master the SAP financial ERP and are comfortable in an IT environment.
Client- and solution-oriented, you are recognised for your interpersonal skills, negotiation sense and ability to find concrete solutions. Autonomy and rigour allow you to manage priorities effectively, while your curiosity and proactivity contribute to evolving and improving practices.
