To strengthen our sales department, we are looking for a

Your profile:

• Recognised professional administrative training (CFC, HES), a diploma in horticulture is a plus.
• Excellent command of IT tools (MS Office)
• High analytical and organisational skills
• Rigour, problem-solving ability and stress resistance
• Interest in nature and plants, and willingness to develop knowledge
• Team spirit and willingness to help others
• Knowledge of foreign languages (German/English) is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing customer requests and orders
• Cost estimation and preparation of offers
• Preparation of delivery notes and labelling
• Analysis and comparison of supplier offers
• Customer follow-up and reminders
• Daily collaboration with administrative and sales teams
