Operations Electrician (80% to 100%)

The Water Service is tasked with supplying drinking water to Lausanne and 20 municipalities in the Lausanne region, as well as ensuring the evacuation of water from the city of Lausanne and the treatment of wastewater from its agglomeration. The service relies on the cross-functionality of the expertise and skills of its 200 collaborators to guarantee excellent water quality.

The Production & Purification division operates and maintains the drinking water production plants, pumping stations, and the control centre, as well as the Vidy purification plant. To complete the electrical installations maintenance team composed of 5 collaborators, we are looking for an operations electrician.

Main Mission(s)

Maintain the electrical and automation installations of the stations and drinking water plants

Participate in the OIBT inspection of electrical installations

Collaborate on projects to improve drinking water treatment and pumping installations

Profile

Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an electrician installer

Several years of professional experience in industrial equipment maintenance, an asset

Ability to work independently and take initiative
