Orif is a non-profit organisation in the French-speaking region with a mission to observe, train, and support the socio-professional integration of people in difficulty. For the Orif Morges site, we are looking for a :

A person of conviction, you wish to put your strategic vision and leadership at the service of training and socio-professional integration.

Your mission and responsibilities

• In collaboration with the general management, you participate in defining the site’s strategy and support its implementation, in a demanding context marked by high expectations for innovation and continuous adaptation.
• Together with the extended site management, you lead the site in a participative spirit conducive to the development of innovative projects.
• You supervise, motivate, and develop the site teams and ensure a healthy and caring working environment.
• Based on the defined budget, you manage the site by allocating human, financial, and logistical resources.
• Respecting the institution’s values and guidelines, you ensure the quality of services in response to the expectations of our clients and principals.
• With a view to optimisation and innovation, you ensure the continuous improvement of processes and oversee the relevance and evolution of the site’s services and products.
• You ensure compliance with the administrative and qualitative requirements of our principals, participate in defining service tariffs, and build a long-term trust relationship with them.
• You actively contribute to strengthening Orif’s visibility and reputation among social, economic, and political circles.

Your profile and skills

• You hold a recognised higher education qualification, ideally complemented by training in business or non-profit institution management.
• Your proven experience in a similar role enables you to assume a strategic position with high responsibilities.
• You have solid project management experience and are proficient with common IT tools.
• Dynamic and pragmatic, you possess excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Your strategic vision and ability to innovate will make the difference.
• You know how to unite teams around ambitious goals and make decisions.
• Your listening skills, emotional intelligence, and stress resilience allow you to thrive calmly in a demanding environment.
• Your entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge of the French-speaking economic fabric enable you to maintain and develop our partner network. You know how to seize opportunities and forge strategic partnerships.
