We are looking for our future Car Explainer, a passionate and enthusiastic person about the automotive field, who will be able to introduce our universe, present our technologies and convey the BYD experience to our customers.

YOUR MISSION

As a Car Explainer BYD, you will assist customers in purchasing their vehicle, plan and carry out the handover of their vehicle.

Thanks to your ongoing internal training, you will progressively develop your sales skills to actively contribute to the company’s objectives.

YOUR GOAL: to offer a premium customer experience

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome, advise and inform customers about vehicles, options and services
• Organise and conduct vehicle test drives
• Deliver vehicles on-site or off-site, clearly explaining their operation
• Participate in showroom layout (setting up, reorganising vehicles)
• Enhance the company’s image and promote the brand to our customers

YOUR PROFILE

Education & experience

• Commercial training (CFC or equivalent), ideally in the automotive sector
• Successful initial experience in sales or customer relations, ideally in a garage

Technical skills

• Passion for automobiles and strong interest in new technologies
• Ease in explaining, promoting and selling a product
• Good command of common IT tools
• Valid driving licence
• Clean criminal record

Languages

• Fluency in French (spoken and written)
• A second language is an asset

Personal qualities

• Neat appearance, friendly, dynamic and empathetic attitude
• Enjoyment of customer contact and good interpersonal skills
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and results orientation
• Residence in the Romanel-sur-Lausanne area or nearby
