Main Mission(s)
Participate in the development of the strategy and master plans for the HV/MV/LV electricity distribution network
Define, size and prioritise infrastructure projects using modern asset management methods to optimise the equipment lifecycle
Manage infrastructure projects as the client
Conduct network studies (risk analysis, simulation, data processing, etc.)
Study and implement network concepts, standards and methods
Occasionally ensure full project management on technical, financial and administrative aspects
Lead and participate in working groups, represent SIL as an expert
Profile
Master’s degree in engineering from EPFL/University of Applied Sciences or equivalent qualification
Additional training in project and asset management
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management in the energy sector, operations and business planning
Knowledge of environmental issues and influence of policy and/or energy marketing is an asset
Proficiency in Excel and skills in new technologies and IT (Python/PandaPower, SQL)
Knowledge of professional software (SAP, GIS, SCADA, CMMS, NEPLAN)
Ability to make decisions and take a stand
Good communication skills, both oral and written
