Your tasks

• Convince new members to join Syna
• Organise events related to trade union themes
• Defend trade union causes to the public
• Advise and support our members
• Participate in joint or tripartite commissions

Your profile

• You have completed professional training and have several years of professional experience
• You know how to be persuasive, have good stress resistance, are diplomatic and willingly work in the service of members and the public
• You have an open and dynamic personality, enjoy teamwork and are enthusiastic about the trade union cause
• You express yourself fluently in French, both written and spoken
• You have basic knowledge of German
• Knowledge of labour law and social insurance is an asset
• A category B driving licence is essential
