The Social Service of Lausanne provides social and financial support to the people of Lausanne. It consists of the Social Insurance Agency (AAS) and the Regional Social Centre (CSR), responsible for implementing the Vaud Social Action Law (LASV) and issuing the integration income (RI) in Lausanne. More than 7,000 people benefit each year from assistance from the Social Service, which must be both efficient and compliant with current standards. Main Mission(s)
Support the unit head in organising and planning staffing (approximately 6 collaborators), ensuring an effective distribution of work and taking necessary measures in the face of unforeseen events to guarantee service continuity.
Ensure the smooth running of public reception, including welcoming, informing and directing users, while maintaining and developing the quality of reception.
Manage and ensure the quality of the incoming mail digitisation process, ensuring smooth document processing and strict adherence to GED standards.
Support the team in resolving professional issues and operational activities by providing first-level support, particularly in reception and digitisation, and ensuring compliance with rules and working hours.
Contribute to the development of the team’s skills, notably through welcoming and training new collaborators, as well as creating and updating training materials.
Profile
Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
5 years of experience in public reception activities
Experience as a deputy, an asset
Customer relations management, handling complaints
High adaptability, organisational skills and resilience under pressure
Good writing skills and accurate spelling
Proficiency in MS Office tools
