Maintenance Technician (M/F)

As part of the development of our client’s industrial activities, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician (M/F) to join a dynamic company operating in a demanding and innovative technical environment.

Building infrastructure maintenance

• Ensure monitoring and maintenance of the site’s technical installations
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance (pneumatics, electricity, heating, ventilation, networks)
• Respond quickly in case of breakdown and support users
• Coordinate interventions with external service providers

CNC machine maintenance

• Diagnose and repair CNC machines (milling, turning)
• Make adjustments and ensure the proper functioning of equipment
• Ensure post-intervention follow-up in connection with production
• Implement preventive actions to limit machine downtime
• Work closely with production teams to optimise performance

Organisation & continuous improvement:

• Track interventions and keep technical documentation up to date
• Actively participate in continuous improvement
• Propose technical solutions and optimisations

Your profile:

• Technical CFC (polymechanic, automation technician, mechatronics technician, electronics technician or equivalent)
• Strong skills in pneumatics, electricity, mechanics and industrial maintenance
• Experience in CNC machine maintenance is a major asset
• Ability to analyse, diagnose quickly and intervene effectively
• Person autonomous, reliable, proactive and solution-oriented
• Team spirit and flexibility
