Our Mission
Our Foundation designs, experiments with, and promotes concrete actions to rebuild social ties with people suffering from mental health disorders. We work to restore and maintain their health within their environment while developing community initiatives aimed at improving the living conditions of those vulnerable in their mental health.
We support their socio-professional reintegration through places of exchange, creation, and work in Lausanne, Yverdon, Vevey, and Nyon.
We are currently seeking a Head of the Social and Integration Sector capable of combining professional expertise, close leadership, and operational management.
HEAD OF SOCIAL AND INTEGRATION SECTOR - 100%
Your Role
Reporting to the Deputy Director of the Reception and Community Actions Department, you lead the Social and Integration Sector and manage a team of social workers and workshop coordinators.
You ensure the quality of the orientation, admission, follow-up, and exit processes for beneficiaries within our socio-professional workshops. You also oversee the management of the Reception and Administration Workshop in Lausanne and the Support Network dedicated to maintaining social ties in the living environment.
You lead your sector with autonomy and responsibility, fostering a culture of collaboration, openness, and trust. You guarantee the quality of services, achievement of objectives, and proper allocation of resources.
Close to the field, you dedicate about 20% of your activity to operational management and monitoring of socio-professional integration measures entrusted by the OAI, ORP, and their partners.
Your responsibilities and activities:
- Lead your teams, set clear frameworks, establish objectives, and ensure their follow-up.
- Ensure the quality, continuity, and efficiency of social services, admissions, and reception.
- Manage quantitative and qualitative objectives, analyse results, and implement necessary adjustments.
- Oversee the two workshops under your responsibility and monitor the resources and budgets of your sector.
- Directly manage the follow-up of rehabilitation and socio-professional integration measures.
Your Profile:
Professional:
- University of Applied Sciences degree in social work, social service orientation, or equivalent qualification, with proven experience in the social field (mental health experience is an asset).
- Demonstrated experience in close management and team leadership.
- Mastery of rehabilitation and socio-professional integration schemes, notably measures entrusted by the OAI, ORP, and their partners, as well as their monitoring and evaluation requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of the Vaud social system, social insurance, and socio-professional integration.
- Experience in managing services, objectives, indicators, and resources.

Contract type: Permanent
