Exciting tasks

• Ensure telephone reception and customer contact;
• Keep informed about price developments and the fuel and energy market;
• Manage orders and invoicing of fuels and energy;
• Plan and monitor fuel and energy delivery rounds;
• Ensure and plan the supply of service stations;
• Carry out reporting, controls and various administrative tasks;
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and current standards;
• Act as deputy for the manager during absences, ensuring continuity of activities, coordination of operations and monitoring of priorities.

Profile sought

• Commercial training or equivalent qualification;
• Very good IT skills and ease in working with various tools and software;
• You particularly enjoy customer contact and know how to listen and respond;
• You have a strong interest in sales and commerce;
• You are organised, autonomous, precise and appreciate versatile work;
• Good knowledge of German;
• Knowledge of the transport and distribution sector is an advantage.
